- 5+ years’ experience in financial compliance, accounts review or audit.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/CPA.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, FRS 102, FRS 101 standards.
- Proven experience reviewing and signing off statutory accounts.
- Ability to manage technical queries, risks, and team performance.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), compliance systems, and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Preferred
- Experience implementing automation and data analytics solutions.
- Exposure to broader tax or advisory services.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools and capacity planning software.
