In this role, you\’ll work closely with senior professionals on a variety of high‐profile buy‐side and sell‐side transactions, involving both public and private companies, owner‐managed businesses, and private equity firms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your corporate finance expertise, expand your sector knowledge, and build strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities Assist with M&A Advisory Projects: Support the execution of buy‐side and sell‐side deals, ensuring high‐quality results.Engage in Hands‐On Work: Contribute to the corporate finance team\’s efforts by performing essential fieldwork and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.Create Reports & Documentation: Develop financial models and prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Provide Client Insights: Offer recommendations to clients on improving processes and controls.Ensure Timely Deliverables: Deliver working papers and reports to a high standard and within deadlines.What We\’re Looking For Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent) or relevant professional experience.
