Multiply is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international organisation in their search for an ambitious FP&A Manager. This position reports directly to the Head of Business Performance and works closely with the CFO, senior leadership, and operational teams. The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong analytical capability, exceptional commercial insight, and the ability to influence decision‑making at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Produce, enhance and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy, clarity and meaningful commercial insight
- Co‑ordinate and prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts and long‑range financial plans
- Develop and maintain robust KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess profitability at product and customer level
- Deliver high‑quality variance analysis and provide clear commentary for senior stakeholders
- Present financial reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, modelling and analytical processes
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with experience in FP&A, financial modelling and business partnering. You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A or a similar analytical finance role
- Highly advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience developing dashboards (Power BI experience highly advantageous)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and engaging manner
- A proactive approach, with a passion for improving processes, systems and reporting capability
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
