Are you a qualified accountant with people management experience, looking for a varied, dynamic and interesting role? iMultiply is supporting a growing business in their search for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Glasgow. This role is offered on a full time permanent basis with a hybrid working model.

The Role
The Finance Manager will be part of a team providing support across all the group\’s business functions. This breadth of scope across the team provides significant and ongoing opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, business streams and operational areas seldom available in a role at this level. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible and valuable contribution to both the wider group and specific ad hoc projects. This variety coupled with the regular reporting and control and process stewardship offers an outstanding opportunity for ongoing professional development.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who is ambitious, driven and curious. They will not take things at face value and will be experienced at, even enjoy, asking difficult questions and rooting out the truth behind the numbers. The ideal candidate will present with a strong technical and analytical skillset paired with good interpersonal skills with the ability to both develop direct reports and build strong working relationships with non‑finance stakeholders. These character traits will allow them to take advantage of the many and varied internal opportunities to gain exposure across the business and progress their career.
What\’s on offer
An agile working philosophy and competitive base salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience, as well as extensive and market‑leading benefits including private healthcare, enhanced parental leave and 33 days holiday. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid working model offering the opportunity to work 2 days from home.
