Multiply is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international organisation in their search for an ambitious FP&A Manager. With a collaborative culture and a clear focus on long-term strategic growth, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing finance function in a role that sits at the very heart of the business.
This position reports directly to the Head of Business Performance and works closely with the CFO, senior leadership, and operational teams. The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong analytical capability, exceptional commercial insight, and the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Produce, enhance and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy, clarity and meaningful commercial insight
- Co-ordinate and prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans
- Develop and maintain robust KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess profitability at product and customer level
- Deliver high-quality variance analysis and provide clear commentary for senior stakeholders
- Present financial reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, modelling and analytical processes
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with experience in FP&A, financial modelling and business partnering. You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A or a similar analytical finance role
- Highly advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience developing dashboards (Power BI experience highly advantageous)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and engaging manner
- A proactive approach, with a passion for improving processes, systems and reporting capability
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
