Our client is an advisory firm with an expanding Corporate Finance team. They work with a wide range of fast-paced mid-market businesses across multiple sectors, delivering high-quality advice on transactions and strategic projects. The work is diverse, commercially focused, and highly engaging, offering the opportunity to play a key role in significant corporate transactions and growth journeys.

There is a requirement for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the team to cover the Yorkshire market predominantly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced deal environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by both leadership responsibility and the opportunity to help shape the growth of the function. Individuals will need a track record in managing and delivering M&A, due diligence or fundraising assignments within a professional services environment.

Your day:

  • Build trusted relationships with a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality corporate finance services as part of integrated advisory teams.
  • Lead the execution of buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates, working closely with senior leadership on key engagements.
  • Take ownership of project planning, financial analysis, report preparation, and the overall management of transaction workflows.
  • Prepare and review financial due diligence outputs, valuation analysis, and key deal documentation.
  • Apply and expand your technical and commercial expertise across a variety of mandates and industry sectors.
  • Support business development activities, including deal origination, networking, and attendance at relevant market events.
  • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members, contributing to the development of a strong, collaborative team culture.
