  • Supporting and guiding junior members of the tax team.
  • Identifying ways to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

About you:

  • You have 4+ years of personal tax experience, ideally in an accountancy firm.
  • You’re confident preparing and reviewing returns and providing client advice.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge.
  • You’re client-focused and enjoy building long-term relationships.
  • You’re a clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You’re a team player who’s always happy to support others.

What’s in it for you:

  • A supportive, people-first firm with a fantastic workplace culture.
  • Competitive salary based on your experience.
  • The chance to work with a varied and interesting client base.
  • A small, close-knit team where your contribution will be recognised.
  • Ongoing opportunities to grow your career in tax.
