You will oversee the preparation of Financial accounts and Management information.

Your role will involve strategic planning, improving reporting processes, and ensuring team work is accurate and timely.

  • Lead and review preparation of financial and management accounts
  • Prepare and analyse forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Support senior partners with financial insights and strategic advice.
  • Oversee and review the work of the accounts team, ensuring quality and deadlines.

  • Maintain controls in line with internal policies and standards.

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA).
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Be familiar with FRS 102 and UK GAAP standards.
  • Have direct line management experience within an accountancy practice or industry setting.
  • Be skilled in producing management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
