The Role
We’re looking for aMarketing, Communities & Operations Executive to help us amplify our impact across all three brands. This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference.
What You’ll Do
Marketing
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events)
- Own and manage social media content and scheduling
- Create compelling content for web, email, and PR
- Support brand development and ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with external partners on website improvements
- Track marketing performance and present insights to leadership
Communities
- Organise and promote events (online and in-person)
- Manage online communities for The Fractional Quarter & FIN
- Manage our Charity Quizzes, including the donation platform and prize process
- Identify speaking and networking opportunities for the Founder
Operations
- Provide diary and travel support to the MD and Founder
- Assist with office management in Edinburgh & Glasgow
- Support the creation of internal documentation and communications
Must-Haves
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year in a marketing, communications, or operations role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing social media and content calendars
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Google Ads, SEO tools, or Google Analytics
