They are seeking an experienced Personal Tax Manager to oversee complex compliance work and advisory projects in the busy tax department. You will lead service delivery, manage key client relationships, and support the growth of future talent. Lead delivery of personal tax compliance services, including self-assessment submissions and VAT issues. Manage relationships with clients, providing ad hoc advice on technical and planning matters.
Demonstrate expertise in personal tax compliance, advisory, or planning for 3+ years. Show understanding of UK tax legislation, including PAYE, self-assessment, and VAT. Possess strong technical skills with tools such as Excel and tax software. A proven track record of leading process improvements or automation projects. Strong communication skills to explain complex tax matters clearly to clients and team members.
