iMultiply is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Payroll Systems Specialist to join a high-impact project ahead of a go-live. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing during a critical implementation phase. Working closely with the project team, you’ll assist with data entry, system updates, and testing activities to support a successful go live. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can hit the ground running. Immediate availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system updates.
  • Handle high volumes of data entry with precision.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet critical milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Oracle payroll system experience (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in high-volume payroll environments.
