Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers? iMultiply are engaged to find a proactive Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-rounded finance role, supporting the smooth running of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow city centre, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000, working from the office.
