  • Supporting month-end processes and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Continuously improving data accuracy, reporting consistency, and system efficiency.

This role offers broad exposure and the chance to build a strong foundation for future progression.

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally with exposure to operational or commercial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to understand how the business operates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn from mistakes.

  • Salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Full study support (exam fees, materials, and time off for exams).
  • Hybrid working (typically 3–4 days in the office).
  • 2pm finish every Friday.
  • Enhanced annual leave and sick pay.
  • Life assurance, wellbeing programme, and employee assistance scheme.
  • Free on-site parking and access to a range of discounts.
  • A clear path to progression into a Finance Business Partner role.
