The business is hiring for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join its expanding tax team. Your work will involve managing corporate tax affairs, supervising junior team members, and supporting the delivery of complex projects. Oversee compliance processes, including preparation and review of corporation tax returns. Contribute to tax advisory projects, including transactions, planning, and international tax. Coordinate with audit teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service. We are looking for driven professionals with a strong background in corporate tax who want to grow their career within a supportive environment. Qualified (ACA, ATT, CTA) with minimum 4 years working in corporate tax. Experience managing corporate tax compliance portfolios. Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and international tax concepts. Experience working with private equity-backed companies or large groups. Familiarity with ERP systems and tax software.
