iMultiply are recruiting for a Systems Accountant / ERP Lead to support an important P2P system implementation for a well-established organisation who are modernising their processes. This role is ideal for someone with deep P2P knowledge who can combine hands-on financial understanding with strong project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the new P2P system
- Understand business requirements and ensure the system meets their needs
- Improve invoice matching, payment processing automation and supplier onboarding workflows
- Support the full project lifecycle: design, build, testing, UAT and training
- Ensure the integration between systems runs smoothly
- Develop a detailed project plan with clear deliverables, milestones and ownership
- Work closely with a dedicated IT resource to align on delivery
- Track progress, testing quality and readiness for go-live
- Provide clear, concise updates to senior sponsors and stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Operations and other key areas
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong P2P process knowledge and hands-on experience
- Understanding of two-way and three-way matching, payments, supplier onboarding
- Demonstrated success improving or transforming P2P processes
- Proven project coordination or project management capability
- Confident challenging existing ways of working and influencing change
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience and confidence with ERP systems
- Experience supporting system implementations or similar change programmes
