- Hold an accountancy and/or tax qualification (ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA) or be qualified by experience
- Proven experience managing personal tax portfolios within an accountancy practice
- Strong background in complex personal tax compliance and advisory work
- Demonstrable success in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
