As a Personal Tax Director, you will lead a team in delivering complex personal tax compliance and advisory work. You will oversee significant client portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and guide your team to excel in technical and client service standards. - Mandatory:

- Strong background in complex personal tax compliance and advisory work
- Demonstrable success in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, supporting talent development and resource planning
- Preferred:
- Experience with broader technical aspects of other finance service lines
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within an accounting environment
