The team are looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join their dynamic and high-performing team in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior professionals on a variety of high-profile buy-side and sell-side transactions, involving both public and private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity firms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your corporate finance expertise, expand your sector knowledge, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with M&A Advisory Projects: Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side deals, ensuring high-quality results.
- Engage in Hands-On Work: Contribute to the corporate finance team’s efforts by performing essential fieldwork and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
- Create Reports & Documentation: Develop financial models and prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Provide Client Insights: Offer recommendations to clients on improving processes and controls.
- Ensure Timely Deliverables: Deliver working papers and reports to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent) or relevant professional experience. Candidates close to qualifying will be considered.
