The Role

The role of Insolvency Manager is based in the Dundee region, managing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases. You will oversee cases from appointment through to completion, working closely with partners, stakeholders, and team members. You will develop case strategies, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and support business development activities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing corporate and personal insolvency cases end-to-end
  • Developing and executing case strategies alongside senior leaders

Person Spec

  • Hold a CPI qualification (CA/ACCA desirable)
  • Demonstrate significant insolvency experience managing individual portfolios and diverse case types such as liquidations and administrations
  • Show leadership capability, mentoring junior team members
  • Have strong technical knowledge of asset realisation and compliance standards
  • Be confident using insolvency management systems like IPS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders
  • Experience working in multi-office or geographically dispersed teams
  • Prior involvement in business development activities
  • Awareness of broader financial regulatory environments such as IFRS or UK GAAP
  • Digital literacy, including familiarity with data analytics tools and process automation
