Job Description
Join a growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Tax team, delivering the full spectrum of tax services to private equity and corporate clients across funds, deals, and portfolio companies—both in the UK and internationally.
You’ll work on transactions ranging from a few million to over a billion, across sectors including technology, gaming, healthcare, retail, travel, and more. From early deal structuring and due diligence to completion and post-deal advice, you’ll be involved in every stage of the transaction lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring advice.
- Present findings to clients, legal advisers, and target management teams.
- Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence and SPA Advisory teams.
- Manage project budgets, billing, and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with private equity, corporates, and intermediaries.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant or tax adviser (ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent).
- Solid UK tax knowledge; M&A tax experience preferred.
- Strong client relationship and project management skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent technical tax expertise.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
