Client Manager

The role: As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients — including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You’ll be hands-on with the accounts prep, VAT, and advisory side, while also mentoring junior team members and helping clients navigate cloud accounting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied portfolio of business clients.
• Preparing management and statutory accounts.
• Preparing VAT returns and reviewing the work of Assistants.
• Building strong client relationships and offering clear, practical advice.
• Advising clients on cloud accounting solutions and efficiencies.
• Supporting junior team members and helping them grow.

About you:

• You’re either professionally qualified or qualified by experience.
• You’ve worked in an accountancy firm for at least 3 years.
• You’re confident communicating with clients and building trust.
• You enjoy taking ownership of your work and supporting your team.
• You’re comfortable with cloud accounting tools and modern software.
