iMultiply are supporting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Cashroom Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role

This Cashroom Assistant role is focused on transactional finance within a regulated environment. You’ll be responsible for daily banking activity, reconciliations, and the processing of client transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

As a Cashroom Assistant, you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks:

  • Daily bank and deposit reconciliations
  • Processing incoming and outgoing client transactions
  • Reviewing bank accounts and allocating funds
  • Posting funds out requests in line with firm policies
  • End-of-day reporting and general cashroom duties

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with experience in a legal or regulated cashroom environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

  • Previous experience in a cashroom role within a law firm or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing tasks
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with regular office attendance
