Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide product or service information tailored to their needs
- Support the wider sales team in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within internal systems
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and market offering
- Support wider business development activities as the company continues its growth journey
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident speaking with customers and building professional relationships
