Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide product or service information tailored to their needs
  • Support the wider sales team in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within internal systems
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and market offering
  • Support wider business development activities as the company continues its growth journey


Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident speaking with customers and building professional relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
