Our client, a leading provider of managed IT and connectivity services, is looking for a 1st Line IT Engineer to join their growing support team. What you’ll do:

  • Provide 1st line support across desktop, server, and network environments
  • Take ownership of incoming service desk tickets and see issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, and remote desktop environments
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Carry out system checks, monitoring, and documentation updates

You’ll work closely with internal technical teams and external clients to deliver a high-quality support service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
