About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation with a multi-site operation, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team on a fixed-term contract. This role would suit someone who enjoys structured administration, has strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and can quickly become a productive member of a busy IT team.
What You'll Do:
- Create, modify and remove user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences and permissions
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
- Support IT projects and business change initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
- Assist with user onboarding and access management
- Ensure IT administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the wider IT team to support project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Knowledge of Exchange Online, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
