Our client, a leading manufacturer, is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse and stores operations ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate logistics performance that supports production and delivery.
What you'll do:
- Supervise day-to-day logistics operations including goods in/out, inventory, and internal movements.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a logistics team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People targets.
- Oversee stock accuracy, ERP utilisation, and adherence to SOPs.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent 5S and HSE standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a positive accountable team culture.
What we're looking for:
- Proven supervisory experience in logistics, stores, or warehouse management (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (IFS experience an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, and warehouse safety.
- Confident leader with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivational approach to team management and performance delivery.
