Our client, a leading organisation in the education IT services sector, is hiring an Infrastructure Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support and infrastructure expertise across a growing client base.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of helpdesk delivery while working on a wide range of modern infrastructure technologies, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
What you’ll do:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line remote support to client IT teams
- Deliver onsite and remote project engineering across infrastructure environments
- Support and manage firewalls, networks, servers, and cloud platforms
- Conduct technical assessments and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
You’ll work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and IT managers to ensure a consistently high standard of service and delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong 2nd/3rd line experience across networking, firewalls, and Windows Server
