Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of their Health, Safety, and Environmental systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with legislation and ISO standards while driving engagement and safety culture across site.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems
- Manage audit schedules, track findings, and support corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain training matrixes, incident logs, and HSE trackers to ensure data accuracy
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and energy efficiency initiatives
- Develop HSE communications, toolbox talks, and training materials to promote engagement
- Use Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to analyse data and create performance dashboards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an HSE or training coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Desirable NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Interest in developing a career in health, safety, and environmental management
