Our client, a leading public sector organisation, is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to work on projects that will have a genuine impact on how public services are delivered, identifying where AI and automation can improve processes, reduce manual activity and enable better decision-making.

You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing and implementation, helping turn business challenges into practical, secure and responsible technology solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead business and process analysis across AI and digital transformation projects
  • Run workshops and discovery sessions with operational teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders
  • Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process models
  • Assess potential AI and automation use cases for feasibility, value and operational impact
  • Work alongside data specialists, developers and architects
