We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected IT services provider based in the Herefordshire area, with a loyal and growing client base across the region. This is a customer-facing support role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service, either as a natural next step from a customer service environment, or as a shift into a more people-focused role for someone with a technical background.
