Job Description
Job Title: Senior IT Technician (Contract)
Location: Cirencester (on-site)
Rate: Up to £210 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3 months
We’re looking for a Senior IT Technician to join a business in Cirencester on a 3-month contract. You’ll be providing on-site, hands-on support across Microsoft and Windows environments, working closely with end users and ensuring systems remain secure and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Microsoft and Windows environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues
- Support end users with escalated technical problems
- Maintain and configure devices, servers, and user accounts
- Assist with system improvements and documentation
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong background in Microsoft and Windows technologies (AD, O365, Windows 10/11, server support)
- Proven experience in on-site, hands-on IT support roles
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Contract Details:
