p strong Senior Account Manager – IT Managed Services /strong /p p br /p p Location: South West London (1 day per week in Gloucester + client visits) /p p Salary: Up to Β£60,000 + Uncapped Commission /p p Benefits: Hybrid working, established customer base, career progression, competitive benefits package /p p br /p p Our client, a leading IT Managed Services Provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing commercial team. /p p br /p p This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through additional managed services, solutions and strategic IT initiatives. Rather than focusing on new business, youll work closely with existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business and helps them maximise the value of their technology investment. /p p br /p p strong What youll do /strong /p ul li Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across the South West and London. /li li Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. /li li Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling managed services and IT solutions. /li li Develop account plans that support customer objectives and revenue growth. /li li Lead commercial discussions, proposals and contract renewals. /li li Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes. /li li Forecast pipeline activity and manage opportunities through the sales cycle. /li li Represent the business at customer meetings and occasional industry events. /li /ul p br /p p Youll collaborate with technical consultants, pre-sales specialists, service delivery teams and leadership to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience while uncovering new opportunities to add value. /p p br /p p strong What were looking for /strong /p ul li Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Client Manager within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP). /li li A strong track record of growing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling. /li li Experience selling managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure or wider IT services. /li li Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. /li li Commercially driven with strong negotiation and account planning abilities. /li li Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships across a varied territory. /li li Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West and London. /li /ul p br /p p The ideal candidate will be consultative, commercially minded and passionate about building lasting customer relationships.
