Contract Project Manager - Engineering

Worcester (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days remote)

£400 - £500 per day

The Opportunity:

An established and innovative engineering solutions provider is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple bespoke systems projects. Working from order to implementation, this role ensures delivery excellence through expert coordination, clear communication, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of projects from pre-order to final delivery
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Drive project performance reporting and continuous improvement
  • Oversee customer visits, trials, and testing phases
  • Ensure full compliance and documentation
  • Promote the use of standard products to meet client needs

People & Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between departments to meet deadlines
  • Foster trust and teamwork across functions
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism in all settings

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing 10+ technical/engineering projects
  • Strong commercial and technical awareness
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
