Our client, a leading global organisation, is hiring a PMO Manager to lead and mature portfolio governance across a complex, international environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive delivery standards across a broad digital landscape, including ERP, CRM, and wider transformation programmes. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered with rigour, transparency, and measurable business impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and evolve the Project & Portfolio Management Office (PMO) capability across a global function
  • Oversee governance, reporting, financial tracking, risk, and resource management across ERP, CRM, and digital programmes
  • Ensure consistent project delivery standards, controls, and assurance frameworks
  • Provide portfolio-level insight to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and ways of working

You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, technology teams, regional business units, and third-party partners to ensure alignment between delivery activity and organisational strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a senior PMO or Portfolio Manager within a complex, global organisation
  • Strong background delivering ERP and CRM programmes alongside wider digital initiatives
  • Experience operating at portfolio level with oversight of multiple concurrent projects
