The role involves leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge cloud solutions. The Principal Cloud & AI Engineer will drive AWS/Azure strategy, lead migrations, and shape automation, CI/CD, and AI/ML adoption. Hands-on technical leadership with strong AWS expertise is essential.
The Role
- Lead large-scale cloud migrations (Windows to AWS, hybrid/on-prem integration)
- Design and optimise landing zones, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, GitOps
- Deliver AI/ML and Gen AI PoCs, leveraging cloud-native services
- Act as AWS technical authority, setting standards and guiding engineering teams
- Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
