1st Line Support Analyst Location: Perth, Scotland Salary: Starting from £26,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: 2 rotating shifts – 8:30am–4:30pm / 9:00am–5:30pm About the Role Our client is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their IT Service Desk team in Perth. You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues experiencing technical issues, providing professional and responsive support across hardware, software, network and connectivity queries.
