What You’ll Be Doing * Configuring and troubleshooting 2nd/3rd line networks, firewalls, and Windows Servers. * Designing tailored IT solutions and delivering seamless on-site and remote projects. * Supporting IT teams with advanced technical expertise, from safeguarding to network enhancements. * Conducting technical assessments and producing clear, actionable reports. * Representing our team as a trusted advisor at client and industry events. * Collaborating to build technical roadmaps and driving continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: * Proven experience with networking principles like DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting, and routing. * Hands-on expertise with Fortinet (NSE4 or equivalent), Aruba networking, and Microsoft Intune. * A passion for creating and delivering IT solutions that inspire confidence and exceed expectations. * Exceptional communication and documentation skills. * The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
