Our client, a leading organisation in the connectivity and infrastructure sector, is hiring a Direct Sales Executive to support its next phase of growth across the UK market. This role plays a key part in driving new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities through digital and phone-based channels. What you’ll do:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads and uncover client requirements to shape tailored value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Maintain and progress a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Deliver engaging virtual presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing and wider sales teams on targeted campaigns
- Stay up to date with products, pricing, and market trends
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs
You’ll work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a joined-up, data-driven approach to winning new business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Background in technology, telecoms, SaaS, or infrastructure is highly desirable
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting virtually
