Our client, a leading organisation in the IT services sector, is hiring an IT Field Engineer to support and maintain client infrastructure across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of technologies while delivering high-quality support in a customer-facing environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide on-site IT support across client locations
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshoot network, server, and end-user issues
  • Manage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Support project-based work including rollouts and upgrades

You’ll work closely with internal service desk teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and a high level of customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a field-based IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills
