About the Role
Our client, an established Managed Service Provider with an excellent reputation for delivering IT support and cloud solutions to businesses across the region, is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in IT, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Level 3 IT qualification. You'll receive ongoing support from experienced engineers, developing practical skills across Microsoft technologies, networking and customer support in a fast-paced MSP environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and remote support tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Assist with setting up laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Create and manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Log and update support tickets, ensuring excellent customer service
- Support system installations, upgrades and hardware deployments
- Work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of client environments
- Build your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentoring
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for technology and IT
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
