Electrical Fitter Location: Gloucester Salary: £40,000 per annum + Overtime Type: Permanent, Full-Time Travel: Some UK & European site work required A growing automation specialist is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join their team in Gloucester. Working across the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Automotive sectors, you’ll help deliver high-quality automation systems to blue-chip clients. Role Overview: Build, wire, and install electrical panels and equipment Perform workshop and on-site electrical work Support equipment testing and commissioning Read and interpret electrical schematics Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards Requirements: Electrical qualifications and experience as an industrial electrician Control panel wiring and cable routing knowledge Familiarity with LV/24V systems and safety circuits Willingness to travel for site installations Full UK driving licence Desirable: Industry experience (Food, Pharma, Automotive) Understanding of automation systems, pneumatics, and EN 60204 Fault finding and testing skills For more information, please contact Rory McStay
