Digital Transformation Manager – Engineering Sector Gloucester Permanent Position A rapidly growing company within the aerospace and defence sector is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Digital Transformation Manager to drive their digital initiatives. With an expanding customer base and three production sites, this business is heavily investing in its digital transformation strategy. The role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the company’s future, working alongside an innovative senior management team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a technology roadmap to enhance digitisation across the business. * Optimise the existing ERP system and integrate future features. * Drive digital innovation by collaborating with senior management to shape the IT strategy. * Participate in strategic business discussions and provide input on future tech developments. * Suggest and implement leading-edge technologies to foster growth and efficiency. * Lead and manage digital transformation projects with autonomy. * Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager to ensure seamless integration of digital tools. What We’re Looking For: * A self-motivated, innovative technician with a keen interest in digital transformation. * Strong experience with cloud computing, connectivity/IOT, and network upgrades. * A project manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys problem-solving and driving change. * Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with senior teams. * A passion for data-driven decision making and technology solutions.
