Our client, a leading provider of connectivity, managed IT and cybersecurity solutions, is looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to join their growing Commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of their technology investments while building long-term strategic relationships.
Working across technical and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in driving customer success, improving service adoption and identifying opportunities to deliver even greater value.

- What you'll be doing
- Become the trusted technical advisor for your portfolio of customers.
- Develop a detailed understanding of each customer's infrastructure, technical environment and business objectives.
- Create and maintain Technical Success Plans aligned with customer goals.
- Recommend solutions that improve performance, resilience, scalability and security.
- Support customers through upgrades, migrations, integrations and ongoing service improvements.
- Proactively identify technical risks and work with internal teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Advise customers on resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity and cybersecurity best practice.
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Service Delivery and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Introduce specialist technical expertise where required.
- Capture customer feedback to help shape future products and services.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts by introducing additional solutions that deliver measurable business value.
