Our client, a growing and technology-driven organisation, is looking to hire a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT support team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology to join a collaborative environment where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of systems, users and technologies.
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support issues, helping to ensure users receive a responsive and professional IT support experience.
- Provide 1st line technical support across hardware, software and user accounts
- Log, manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows environments, Office 365 and end-user devices
- Support laptop builds, onboarding and user account administration
You’ll work closely with wider IT teams and end users across the business, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical support.
Previous experience within a 1st Line Support, IT Support or Service Desk role.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems or hybrid working environments would be advantageous.
