This role offers the opportunity to design and implement automation solutions that directly improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and elevate the end-user experience across IT services.
What you’ll do:
- Identify repetitive Service Desk tasks and bottlenecks suitable for automation
- Design, build, and deploy automation workflows aligned to business and compliance requirements
- Develop and manage RPA solutions to automate ticketing, notifications, escalations, and maintenance tasks
- Monitor and optimise automation performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
You’ll work closely with Service Desk teams, IT stakeholders, and wider business units to drive continuous improvement through automation.
