Support HR audits and reporting, producing key HR metrics and insights for leadership. Track and report on probationary periods and ensure that relevant meetings and touchpoints are in place. Update and maintain HR systems with employee details, role changes, and terminations. Support the creation and maintenance of country‐specific HR processes, ensuring they integrate smoothly into global People operations.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Assist in the design and delivery of employee engagement programs, including recognition schemes, feedback initiatives, and culture‐building activities. Support wellbeing initiatives, such as mental health programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and work‐life balance policies. Conduct employee surveys and work with the People team and leadership to implement improvement actions.
  • Learning & Development: Support People Business Partner in coordinating training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities. Work with People Business Partners and managers to identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions. Track training participation and maintain development records for employees.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with our internal recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates. Support Business Partners and Managers with the facilitation of onboarding and induction processes to ensure new employees integrate successfully into the organisation. Coordinate new starter processes, including right‐to‐work checks, background screenings, and induction schedules. Ensure IT, equipment, and system access are arranged for new employees. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final payroll coordination, and deactivation of accounts. Process employee reference requests and employment verification letters. Coordinate onboarding activities for colleagues in other regions, ensuring global consistency while working with local teams to meet regional requirements. Support international offboarding processes by liaising with finance, payroll, and regional HR partners to ensure country‐specific obligations are met.
  • HR Projects & Strategy: Contribute to HR projects, such as policy updates, system implementations, and workforce planning.
