Join Our Team as a Technical Specialist
Role And Responsibilities
- To maintain and develop own skills and knowledge both technologically and in the field of management systems and standards.
- To carry out all types of consultancy work as per contractual arrangements.
- To conduct 3rd party certification and surveillance audits as per contractual arrangements.
- To prepare and present reports outlining the findings of the assessment to ensure client understanding of the decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate as per contractual arrangements.
- To provide accurate and prompt information to support services to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all internal information requirements are met.
- To abide by the processes, policies and procedures as laid out in the current version of the IMSM QMS, where relevant.
- Responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of ISO management system training - both onsite and remote - including in-house client sessions, topic-specific modules, and open public courses, serving as a trainer and facilitator.
- Conduct orientations for new contractor consultant/auditors as and when required by the company.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications And Experience
- IRCA or equivalent lead auditor or implementor qualifications in ISO standards.
- Practical hands-on experience working with ISO standards within organisations or as an independent consultant.
- Proven track record in professional development and training.
