We are looking to recruit a German Speaking professional to contact prospective clients by telephone. Training will be given to arrange quality appointments for IMSM business managers from data provided. Ideally, you will be based local to the South West of England, but this is negotiable.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
- Observe the company requirements for timekeeping and attendance.
- Co-operate in meeting personal targets as described in the incentive schemes.
- Use internet-based data or provided data to contact prospective clients as required.
- Organise data provided by business managers (BMs) to call prospective clients.
- Forward appointment confirmation details to supervisor and ensure that computer diaries of BMs appointments are maintained.
- Record BMs appointments on the display boards.
- Call mail shot and leaflet leads from BMs if requested.
- Maintain discipline through observation of the company disciplinary code.
Experience:
- You will need to be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar capacity.
- You MUST be able to speak fluent German.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- You must be confident on the telephone and able to articulate information clearly and concisely in both English and German via written and verbal forms of communication.
