Join Our Team as a German Speaking Appointment Setter!

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in our sales process by reaching out to prospective clients and securing high-quality appointments for our Business Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our team and clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact prospective clients by phone, using inbound lead data and other sources provided
  • Secure quality appointments for IMSM Business Managers, following outlined KPIs and incentive schemes
  • Organise and manage lead data efficiently to optimise outreach efforts
  • Schedule and confirm meetings ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and shared with supervisors
  • Maintain up-to-date calendars and appointment logs for Business Managers
  • Provide administrative support related to appointment setting and diary management

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Native level of German
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales
  • Excellent communication skills particularly over the phone
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a results driven mindset

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call center, telesales or similar phone-based role
