We offer a range of specialist metering technology for electricity, gas and water along with highly accurate energy data collection services. All this is wrapped up with an easy-to-view online data management analysis and reporting software.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- Manage and schedule Field Technicians\’ work to drive efficiency for both the business and customers.
- Support departments with scheduling-related customer queries and prioritise accordingly.
- Understand customer expectations to meet service lines.
- Use various systems to satisfy all stakeholders and generate the right outcome.
- Analyse and comprehend the abort process, take ownership and work to reduce future same site aborts
Main Responsibilities
- Optimise technicians’ schedules to drive efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis on failure demand, identify trends and reduce future risks.
- Share skills and knowledge with colleagues.
- Assist with RFM requests regarding schedules.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a high-quality service for IMServ customers and meet service levels.
- Take full responsibility for issues and resolve them promptly.
- Manage and prioritise your workload to meet team and industry deadlines.
- Liaise with technicians where applicable to achieve the most efficient schedule
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Technical Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- High computer and system literacy for multiple systems.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
- Experience in target-based environments.
